Extra ATTICO® storey on Culmannstrasse in Zurich
We were able to carry out an exciting project on Culmannstrasse in Zurich. We received the order for an ATTICO® extension to an existing property. The wall, ceiling and roof elements required for this were prefabricated in our factory exactly to size. The interesting and certainly unusual aspect of this project was the hexagonal shape of the existing building.
The result is four attractive studios, each with its own 6m2 loggia. Two of the apartments have a direct roof exit to the spacious roof terrace, with a magnificent view of the city and the Uetliberg. In mid-December, we were able to hand over the property to the building owner.
