Extra Attico storey in Zurich´s Gujerstrasse

As general contractor, we built two additional bright and modern 3.5-room flats on top of an existing residential building in Zurich using a wooden modular construction. In this way, we were able to generate additional living space without requiring any land. Efficient planning, optimised prefabrication and quick assembly made it possible to realise a profitable solution in a short construction time. The two modern and spacious flats impress with a well thought-out floor plan and a great view from their own terrace.
