New construction of a single-family house on Schemelackerweg in Breitenbach

Work on the excavation started in July 2021, and Häring's timber construction work began in October 2021. Special challenges in this project lay in the planning and execution of the statics and some fire protection details, which were solved well. A total of 25 cubic metres of duo wood and 160 cubic metres of CLT were used. The occupation of the flats is planned for spring and summer 2022.
