Opportunities and potential unleashed by the new "BZO"
On the 1st of March, our Attico Brunch took place at the Au Premier restaurant in the Hauptbahnhof ZH. The topic was "Opportunities and potential of the new building and zoning regulations/BZO of the city of Zurich". The two speakers Jürg Spahr, from mainberger+spar architekten eth, and Michael Baumer, Zurich city councillor, provided information on the opportunities that the new zoning regulations open up for properties and building projects, as well as their significance from a political perspective.
