"Park auf der Egg" development in Frenkendorf

In Frenkendorf BL, Häring is building the "Park auf der Egg" residential development for an investor and a private developer, with two apartment buildings and a single-family house to the Minergie standard and a shared underground car park. The overall Park auf der Egg development is divided into five freehold plots and one (technical) ramp plot. The valuable old tree population of the existing development will be preserved as far as possible and integrated into the surrounding design. Project planning was started in April 2019. The building permit was issued in mid-May 2020. Construction began on 1 June 2020 with the demolition of the existing buildings and excavation. The groundbreaking ceremony at the beginning of September 2020 will mark the official start of construction work. The completion of the entire project is planned for the end of September 2022.
