Two-storey extension in Zurich-Seebach

In Zurich-Seebach, we are realising the two-storey extension of an existing property as a total contractor. We are creating 13 new, age-appropriate 1.5 - 2.5 room flats to a medium rental standard.

A particular challenge: the extension is being realised while the building is occupied. Various retrofits are also planned for the 27 existing flats and the communal areas. The simultaneous construction of the additional storey and the refurbishment measures will enable the project to be completed in the shortest possible construction time. The redesign of the surrounding area rounds off the project.
