The architectural design of the buildings is deliberately reduced, Japanese-ascetic and combines the traditional Far Eastern construction method with the modern principles of timber system construction. The light-flooded 2.5 room to 4.5 room flats, some of which are maisonettes, were kept simple and convince through the use of high-quality materials and the large terraces as a "green living room". The plot, which is rich in trees, was largely preserved as a natural park; new residential property was created (single-family house with two separate residential units) as well as two apartment buildings with a total of 18 flats and a shared underground car park. Häring AG took over the entire planning and development up to the building permit as well as the execution as general contractor. A special feature was the noise protection measures against the railway traffic running directly along the property.
