With the addition of an attic storey with two flats to the existing property, new light-flooded living space was created.
The 2½-room flats, each with 36 m² and 51 m² of living space, impress with their well thought-out spatial concept and high-quality finishes. A special feature are the sliding doors for flexible room design.
In the course of the extension, the existing façade was renovated.
