Extra ATTICO® storey on "In der Ey" in Zurich

We added an extra floor to a three-storey apartment building in the tranquil neighbourhood In der Ey, close to Zurich’s fashionable Sihlfeld district. This created two one-bedroom apartments measuring 64 m² and one two-bedroom apartment measuring 111 m², all with balconies[JT1] . The apartments and renovation work were completed within seven months, so they were ready for tenants to move in from February 2017. A number of special touches add some extra pizzazz to the outcome. The addition of balconies on the front of the house provided extra living space and increased the value of the property, while the new lift makes life easier and more pleasant for all the residents.
