In the picturesque and tranquil Rigi district on the slopes of the Zürichberg, Häring AG added an extra storey to a building on Rigistrasse, creating two generously sized loft apartments with balconies[JT1] – one one-bedroom flat measuring 60 m² and one two-bedroom flat measuring 90 m². The existing top floor was reconfigured at the same time, turning the existing extra-large apartment there into two brand new one-bedroom apartments measuring 60 m² and 90 m². All the new apartments easily attracted tenants. Häring AG performed all the work as the complete contractor.
