Extra ATTICO® storey on Viktoriastrasse in Zurich

From the feasibility study to the building application - from demolition to handing over the keys. Nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the interconnected existing properties with different levels were topped up with an attic storey and a miniloft. We replaced the existing oil heating system with a district heating system and installed two new passenger lifts at the same time. The extension with its ventilated metal terrace, the wooden-metal windows and the hot-dip galvanised railings fits in perfectly with the surroundings. In order for the work to be carried out efficiently, a temporary closure of the road was necessary due to the tight space conditions. The four new 2.5 room flats with a size of approx. 60 m² each and a 62 m² mini-loft impress with a modern interior design with a harmonious choice of colours and materials. High-quality rustic oak floorboards with a lightly brushed finish, kitchens in restrained anthracite, glass shower partitions and fine stoneware in the bathrooms invite you to modern living.
