An extra storey on an existing detached house in a very tranquil and beautiful neighbourhood in Möhlin added a further bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, an office and a separate bathroom. This expanded the existing living space by 60 m², together with a generously sized covered terrace leading out directly from the bedroom. The new storey was cladded in open, horizontal, pre-greyed wooden formwork to clearly distinguish it from the existing part of the house. As the complete contractor for the additional storey, Häring AG performed all the work, from the initial idea to handover.
