An extension with an additional attic storey was realised in Bächtoldstrasse in Zurich: Two 2.5-room flats with 53 m2 and 57 m2 and a spacious accessible roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Zurich were created in the beautiful and very quiet neighbourhood. The roof terrace was given a large, modern, electronically sliding exit that provides access to the roof terrace. As part of the extension, the height of the lift was adjusted by extending the lift shaft and installing a new lift.
