ATTICO^® Extra storey, Allmendstrasse in Bülach

On Allmendstrasse in Bülach, we constructed a high-quality building shell for two new two-bedroom apartments measuring 100 m², each complete with an approx. 39 m² terrace. As the existing ceiling was not strong enough to support the extension, we had to add reinforcing elements throughout.

Häring AG was responsible for removing the pitched roof, supplying the prefabricated wall, floor and roof modules, the plastic windows, drywall floor structure, the façade cladding made from Max Exterior solid-core panels, performing the work on the new flat roof and galvanised terrace balustrade, and supplying and installing the interior and exterior doors.
