We added an extra floor to an existing three-storey commercial building in the business district of Stäfa. This additional storey created 490 m² of free space, providing plenty of room for new offices.
The new façade was designed in keeping with the existing building, using solid-core panels in dark colours that blend in perfectly with the smart wood and aluminium windows. Häring AG acted as the general contractor for the additional storey, enabling it to supervise the entire implementation “under one roof”.
