We created two new one-bedroom apartments with a balcony[JT1] , each measuring approx. 48 m², on Köchlistrasse in Zurich. The prefabricated, highly heat-insulated timber modules were assembled in just three days. The plastic windows were pre-installed in the elements, thus providing a sealed shell as soon as the assembly work was completed. The façade was made from rendered mineral exterior heat insulation and painted to match the existing building. Häring AG acted as the complete contractor for this additional storey.
