We acted as general contractor to add an extra storey to an existing apartment block in Zurich. This modular timber construction created a further two bright, modern, two-bedroom flats. This enabled us to create more living space without using up more land. We were able to find a profitable solution that kept the construction time to a minimum using efficient planning, optimised prefabrication and rapid assembly techniques.
