This office and retail building has a concrete lower storey and a timber upper storey. The exterior walls, interior walls and the roof are made from insulated timber frame elements. The façade consists of horizontal silver fir formwork and wooden/metal-framed windows. The interior walls are finished with OSB panels, and the ceilings are made from three-ply solid spruce panels – all untreated and with visible fixtures.
