Häring AG constructed two residential blocks, providing nine terraced houses in total, in the Seebach district of Zurich. Each of the three-storey homes has four bedrooms and an open-plan living/dining room. The basements are solid constructions (up to and including ground level), switching to our modular system for the ground floor and upper storeys, which fulfils the Swiss Minergie-A ecological standard. All the cables and pipes were fitted within the individual elements, apart from the hallways, where the ceilings were briefly removed for this purpose.
