The development is divided into six owner-occupied plots and one co-ownership plot, on which the detached houses ranging in size from 224m2 to 288m2 are located with their landscaped green areas and carports. The defined development standard was designed in such a way that the interior could be individually adapted to the customer's wishes. The 4 living levels appear in a light design with a lot of visible wood and the house impresses with its 40m2 roof terrace, which is adjacent to a large loft. The pre-greyed façade with the use of different coloured sun blinds, the green roofs and the discreet design of the outdoor facilities skilfully round off the charm of the pocket houses.
