This pavilion makes a sleek and clear design statement, which is reflected in the choice of materials. The exterior walls are cladded with vertically aligned spruce formwork of varying widths and depths, treated with a pre-greying glaze. The interior walls and ceilings are finished with light-glazed, spruce three-ply panels. The windows and lift-and-slide mechanisms are made from a combination of wood and metal. Häring was responsible for the entire shell of the building.
