ATTICO® additional storey Altstetterstrasse Zurich

In Altstetterstrasse in Zurich, three new 2.5-room flats with 55 m2, 48 m2 and 66 m2 are being created during a building extension.

The existing building serves as Swisscom's control centre for Altstetten and also houses offices and a flat. With Attico, it is possible that the premises can continue to be used during the construction phase.

One challenge in this project is the complexity of the construction site installation. There is an underground car park under the access road. Maximum precision and care in coordination and planning enable the construction work to be carried out safely and smoothly.
