Building extension in Zurich

In Bächtoldstrasse in Zurich, we are realising an extension with an additional attic storey: two 2.5-room flats with 53 + 57 m2 and a spacious accessible roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Zurich are being built in this beautiful and very quiet neighbourhood.

The roof terrace will have a large, modern exit that can be electronically slid to provide access to the roof terrace.

As part of the extension, the height of the lift will be equalised with the installation of a new cabin.

The timber construction is currently being erected and the raw installation work is underway.
