Extension to a residence in Pratteln

In Pratteln, we implemented the extension of a residential home. As a partial general contractor, we took responsibility for various key aspects to realise this impressive building project.

Our services include timber construction, façade work, plumbing work on the flat roof, window installations and blinds. Both exterior and interior walls, as well as roof elements and false ceilings, were executed in CLT panels, which stands for a robust and sustainable construction method.

A special highlight of this project is the mansard roof, which was designed in an elegant black roof design and finished with sanded roofing felt.
