New living space on Viktoriastrasse in Zurich

With our recently completed attic extension, we are once again demonstrating our expertise in "building without land".

The four 2.5 room flats and a miniloft with a total area of 295 m² extend over the roof area of two existing properties from the 1960s that are arranged at right angles. The light-flooded interior design is captivating thanks to our colour and material concept in natural and anthracite. High-quality kitchens, fine parquet floors and modern sanitary solutions invite you to feel at home. Another eye-catcher is the facade of the extension made of zigzag sheet metal and the colour-matching facade of the existing building. Furthermore, two new lift systems were installed.
